About Behavior Wizard

Behavior Wizard is a guided reporting platform for California education teams. It helps administrators, teachers, paraeducators, and other authorized staff move step by step from an observed behavior incident to a clear, consistent record.

Our purpose is to support responsible decisions under pressure. The workflow follows a de-escalation cycle, keeps less restrictive interventions visible first, and encourages restorative, progressive follow-through.

The platform is designed to produce simple incident reports for documentation and tracking, as well as behavior emergency reports aligned with California reporting requirements. FERPA-aware access and careful handling of sensitive student information are foundational to the product.
